Holistic Haven offers respite from the stress of every day living through the application of various complementary modalities. Whether you prefer the ancient healing arts of Reflexology or Aromatherapy, or the more gentle therapies of Healing Touch, Reiki or Angel Healing, Holistic Haven offers you the opportunity to balance your body’s energy so that it will be in a position to heal itself. At Holistic Haven you will take charge of your own well-being.

The following modalities are offered at Holistic Haven:

Reflexology – this is a method of touch therapy using reflex points on the feet which correspond with every part, organ and gland of the body. Systematic stimulation of these reflexes assists the body to return to natural functioning.

Healing Touch – this is an energy-based therapy to facilitate health and healing. Using touch to influence the human energy field surrounding the body and the energy centres, Healing Touch rebalances the flow from the energy field to the physical body.

Aromatherapy – this is the art and science of utilising naturally extracted aromatic essences from plants to balance, harmonise and promote the health of your body, mind and spirit. It enhances your innate healing process and can be used to prevent or reduce the impact of illness or disease.

Reiki – this is a form of natural healing which revitalises your life force and balances the energies in your body. This hands-on healing technique stimulates deep relaxation and restores your energy balance by relieving the physical and emotional effects of unreleased stress.

Angel Healing – this is a non-denominational spiritual healing method that involves working with a person’s guardian angels and archangels, to heal and harmonise every aspect of their life.

Louise Dawson is a Certified Healing Touch Practitioner, a Registered Canadian Reflexology Therapist, and a Registered Aromatherapist. She is also an Usui Reiki III Practitioner and an Angel Therapy Practitioner®.

Louise is a member of Healing Touch International, the Reflexology Association of Canada the BC Association of Aromatherapists, and the Natural Health Practitioners of Canada.
