 Janelle
Hardy, born and raised in Whitehorse, Yukon, is a Certified Hellerwork
Structural Integration Practitioner.
With a BA in
Anthropology, an MA in Dance, artistic experience as a photographer, writer,
painter and dance artist, she brings a rich and varied background to her Diploma
in Hellerwork Structural Integration and her work with clients.
Janelle draws on her
cultural, artistic and movement knowledge as she works with clients using
myofascial release (deep-tissue massage), movement education and dialogue to
achieve better alignment and relief of pain, stress and tension.
